The following questions are designed to help you reflect on the key aspects of the four sections in the AGL Model enabling you to focus on the most important issues (Above Ground Level thinking) to give your business momentum.
For all of the following statements consider each aspect of ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) and give it an overall grade of low, medium or high.
Add the words ‘Your ability to’ in front of each statement. For example:
‘Your ability to: Define business vision and long-term goals.’ If this has high impact for your business, you are very confident that you can do it, and it is relatively easy to do, you may grade it high. However you may consider it low impact, you have some experience, and you find it difficult to do, you may grade it low or medium.
Complete all questions honestly (Where you are at, not where you would like to be).
