Over 40 years’ experience in a broad range of private, public and 3rd sector roles including Engineering Manufacturing, Technical Training, Consultancy Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) operations and sector development, social and enterprise growth and local Council Economic Development.
An artisan/craftsman I hold a Higher Certificate in Engineering, a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies and a MSc in Organisation and Development (entrepreneurship dissertation). I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
My focused strengths are leadership development, organisational change and implementing innovation management systems enabling sustainable growth.
